A Letter from the Future
Dear you,
I am writing from a future that has not been decided yet. It is waiting for people who are willing to shape it. People like you.
You may think leadership begins when someone gives you a title, a stage or permission. Often it begins much earlier. When you make room for someone else's voice. When you ask one more question. When you stand up for what matters, even while you are still finding the words.
You will not always know the answer. You will get things wrong. You will change your mind. None of that makes you less capable. The way you listen, learn and try again may become one of your greatest strengths.
The world you grow into will bring new tools, new challenges and possibilities we cannot yet imagine. Learn to use them with curiosity and care. Let them widen what you can do, while you hold on to what makes us human.
Start where you are. Notice who needs encouragement. Bring your idea to the table. Invite someone in. Take a small step, then another. Your choices can help others believe that they can take a step too.
The future is not asking you to be perfect. It is asking you to be present, thoughtful and brave enough to begin.
We cannot wait to see what you will help change.
From the future,FULE
