THE PART THAT CONTINUES AFTER THE ROOM EMPTIES.

FULE ONE connects the FULE journey, helping participants and families see experiences and development over time.

What it does

  • Your journey

Every Experience is part of your story. Keep track of what you have taken part in, what you have discovered and the next steps you choose.

  • Space to reflect

Pause. Make sense of what happened. Explore what surprised you, challenged you or changed your perspective—and what you might try next.

  • Your Skills Passport

See your leadership skills take shape through Explored, Practised and Demonstrated. Recognise how you are developing, one Experience at a time, without scores or comparisons with others.

  • The parent view

Stay connected to your child's journey through the Experiences they take part in and a next step they choose to share. Find opportunities to encourage, start meaningful conversations and support their growing independence.

The Experience method

WHAT IF DEVELOPMENT DIDN'T END WHEN THE EXPERIENCE DID?

Technology doesn't replace the experience. It makes the experience continue.

  1. Experience

Something real, done in a room with other people.

  2. Reflect

  3. Capture evidence

  4. Gain insight

  5. Receive a next step

One small thing to try before the next Experience, and it is yours to choose.

  6. Practise

You try it during the week, at home or at school, where nobody is watching.

  7. Return to a new Experience

What it looks like on a phone

For the young person

  • A phone screen that says Hello, Andreas Georgiou. One card reads Happening now: Seeing the System, Wednesday, September 23 at 12:00 PM, the studio, Nicosia, with a Join the room button.
What is nextOne thing at a time: the Future Lab happening now, and the way into the room.
  • The After the Future Lab screen for Saying the Hard Thing. Two parts, both with nothing written yet: What you worked out, marked Only you, and What you will try next, marked To share: your facilitator and the FULE team read it, and your family never opens it.
Who can read itBefore a word is written, each part says who will see it. What you worked out is yours alone.
  • My Skills Passport for Andreas Georgiou, issued by FULE Academy. Under What you have done so far, Active listening, Teamwork and Confidence each say Explored, with the date since.
My Skills PassportWhat has happened, one capability at a time, and no comparison with anybody.

For the parent

  • How it is going, for Andreas Georgiou. A Future Lab on September 10: what the facilitator noticed, and a prompt marked At home: ask him about a time he disagreed with friends and what he did about it.
How it is goingWhat the facilitator noticed, and one thing to ask about at home tonight.
  • The Skills Passport for Andreas Georgiou as a parent sees it. A note says it is worked out from what facilitators saw in the room and never from his own reflections, and that no page or export contains them.
Their Skills PassportThe same record, read from home: what facilitators saw in the room, and never their own reflections.
